Certificate Courses in Integrated Marketing Communications
The marketing function is a key driver to any business success. Keeping customers loyal today is not as easy as it was decades ago since there are now more choices available in the market. Thus, it is important that Marketers of today be in constant touch with changes in the marketing world to become relevant Marketers of tomorrow.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this course participants are expected to be able to:
- Develop and create effective marketing communication plans and strategies while promoting professionalism and integrity and;
- Apply various integrated marketing communications tools for effective marketing strategy implementation
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This certificate course is highly recommended for:
- Non-marketing graduates involved in company’s marketing function as part of their current job descriptions;
- Baseline and mid-level marketing and sales professionals moving up the corporate ladder;
- Advertising agency people involved in account management and creative teams; and
- Businessmen and entrepreneurs who have no formal training on the marketing function.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance for every module completed and a Certificate of Completion upon completing all modules. Resource persons include faculty members of De La Salle University and industry practitioners.

Module 2: Marketing Research for Business Intelligence – June 4 to July 18, 2013
Module 3: Brand Activation – August 1 to September 26, 2013
Module 4: PR and Crisis Management – October 3 to November 19, 2013
Module 5: Consumer Loyalty and Customer Relationship Management – November 26 to January 23, 2013
Module 6: Integrated Marketing Communications – February 6 to March 25, 2013
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
DLSU Makati Extension Campus, 5/F RCBC Plaza, Ayala Ave., Makati
FEES:
Php 14,000 per module for PANA members and Php 15,000 for non-PANA members, inclusive of course kit, hand outs, reading materials, certificate and dinner.
